Bensen ended up in the bilirubin suitcase because apparently the bilirubin bed is not as effective, which you can guess by how bright this one is. He is all done with the lights now though. His color is looking better everyday.

Staucie wanted to hold Bensen for the first time yesterday. She is really sweet to him.

Baby Boy!

Bensen Bryce was born Saturday, January 3rd at 4:56pm. He weighed in at 7lbs 5oz and was 19 inches long. We brought him home Monday afternoon. Staucie was SO excited to have him at home and she takes good care of him, but doesn't want to hold him. Parker smiles at him and points and jabbers something. Bensen is jaundice and has been in the bilirubin lights. I am sad that he has to spend all day and night in them because I just want to hold him. Unfortunately, we haven't taken very many good pictures. We have been busy and tired and he is in the lights except when he is eating. Hopefully we can get some better pictures soon.

We love our Bensen and we are so glad to have him out of me and home! He is so cute and sweet. He has the cutest little squeal/cry. I wish I could hold him more though.
