For Family Night a little bit ago, we painted pumpkins. Bensen was actually already in bed because he wasn't feeling well. I painted his pumpkin for him. The kids LOVED it. I think we might do it again before Halloween is over. It is better than carving because there are no pumpkin guts to clean out and the kids can do all the creating.

i love the t-shirts clipped behind the back and i love how the the pumpkins by the end had every color mixed together. i can't wait to hug those cute kids at thanksgiving! Maybe they will think im brittany so they will be used to me!
What a great idea, i think we may do that, much easier than a child with a chizzle...
That is a splendid idea. I think I might just do that with my kiddos with some pumpkins we got the other day at Thanksgiving Point. I love how both of them turned out kind of purple from the mixture of paints.
