8 Days With Addie

Addie is 8 days old today. So far she has been an easy baby and we are really enjoying her. She is so sweet and doesn't really cry yet. She lets out little screams once in awhile and is VERY wiggly. She likes to be awake during the night though, of course. I am greateful to have my mom here so that I can get some sleep. I think she is the one not getting any sleep.

So far the kids have been really great. Bensen even gives/throws her pacifier at her when he finds it. He has shared a ball, a Cherrio (he put it in her mouth), and patted her on the head very softly. Daniel goes back to work tomorrow though so we will see how everyone does when there is one less adult to give them attention.

Daniel is trying to tackle the weeds in the backyard. He turned on the sprinkler to get himself wet so that he wouldn't die from the heat.

But she just slept and didn't want to play in the pool.
