Parker Turned 3

Our little Parker turned 3 yesterday, July 6th.

What a year it has been. Parker took full advantage of the 'terrible twos' and we hope that this next year will start to get better as he grows up. But besides being stubborn, he really is a sweet little boy. And we are enjoying getting to know his fun personality as he gets older.

One year.
Two years.

Although Parker can drive us crazy sometimes, other people seem to love him and think he is just so sweet, which he is. His nursery leaders have always loved him and tell us all the time. Parker loves music, cars, and fruit snacks. Parker does not like thunder storms, dogs, or fireworks.

Parker is a good brother when he is not being a "pest." He has a very good mischievous smile. He is good at sharing when he wants to and loves to play with Staucie. He is starting to have his own ideas and a great imagination. He loves us to read him books and sing him songs. He loves to dance when I turn on the music. One of his favorite things to do is play with his cars. He likes to park them and drive them. He drives them slowly so he can watch the wheels roll. The only problem with this activity right now is that Bensen likes to mess it up. We like to play when Bensen is taking a nap.

Parker is afraid of thunder storms and often hides his head in the pillows on the couch so that he can't hear it as well. It rains a lot here in Houston. Right now we don't get outside too much with the heat, humidity, and rain, but somedays Parker goes crazy and makes everyone cry, so no matter the weather we must get him outside! :)
